Article 1 – Scope of application and modifications to the general terms and conditions of sale
The Zanaé online shop belongs to the company TechTablet.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed on the website www.zanae.fr

The Customer declares that they have been made aware of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and that they have accepted them by clicking the box “I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale” before carrying out the online ordering process. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale being able to be modified at a later date, the applicable version to the Customer’s purchase shall be the version in effect on the website on the date the order is placed.

Article 2 – Availability of products.
All products put up for sale on the website are in stock and available for sale unless a mistake is made outside of our control.

These prices take account of any potential discounts which are agreed upon by the prix Zanaé online shop.

Prices are always given outside of delivery costs. The customer shall be informed of the amount for delivery costs when placing the order.

The price shown when placing the order and the order being confirmed by the Zanaé online shop is the definitive price.

The product ranges on offer are valid while they are visible on the website for as long as stocks last. The Zanaé online shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Data provided by the Customer and recorded by the website www.zanae.fr during an order shall form the proof of transactions between the Zanaé online shop and the Customer. After the order has been confirmed by the Customer, TechTablet will send the Customer a confirmation email to notify them that the order has been successfully placed.

The total price for products purchased is payable on the day the order is made by the Customer. The Zanaé online shop will not be required to proceed with the delivery of products ordered by the Customer if the price has not been fully paid to them beforehand. The ownership of products is only transferred to the Customer when the price has been fully paid by them.

The transfer of risks for loss and damage of the products will be made upon delivery and upon the products being received by the Customer.

Article 4 – Method of payment and security
The method of payment on the Zanaé shop is debit card.

Transactions are made fully secure by our bank Le Crédit Agricole. Payments via debit card are directly made on our bank’s protected servers.

We do not come into possession of your banking details at any time – your privacy is therefore fully maintained. Additionally, your data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) protocol which consists of establishing a secure communications channel between you and the server you’re browsing.

Article 5 – Exchanges, returns and refunds
Time for returning an item

You have 30 days to change your mind about your order whatever the reason for this may be. The customer has a deadline of 30 clear days to exercise their right of cancellation starting from the date of the merchandise being received, without having to justify their reasons nor pay any penalties.
The Customer shall be able to request an exchange or a refund. The direct charges for sending merchandise back are at the customer’s cost.

The customer will be fully refunded in the amounts paid as soon as possible and no later than the 14 days following the date on which they exercised their right of cancellation.

Return conditions in order to receive a refund

The item(s) being returned must be new, unused, and with their original packaging being perfectly intact.

Any return must be the subject of a request made from the “Contact” section of the website www.zanae.fr or by email to the following address: contact@zanae.fr

The customer will have to state:
- their personal details (Name and surname, email address, telephone number)
- the name and reference of the item ordered

The customer must send us their return package using the ‘Colissimo suivi’ service to the following address:

The customer will have to retain the proof of delivery of the package which will be issued to them by La Poste (the French Post Office). In the event of the package being lost, no refund will be made without such proof of delivery.

Condition of the items

All returned items will have to be sent back perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of the package, Zanaé will evaluate the good condition of the merchandise being returned. No returns will be accepted if the items being returned have visibly been used or damaged due to the customer and such use or such damage would render the items unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by Zanaé, the items will then be returned to the customer at Zanaé’s cost without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to a refund, with the exception of the future exercise of their warranty rights on merchandise sold.

Refunds for returns

Subject to these conditions being complied with, the website www.zanae.fr will process refunds for returned items within 14 days following the merchandise being re-entered into stock. The refund will be made by bank transfer or by cheque.

Article 6 – Shipping and delivery
All of the delivery times stated are calculated in working days. The delivery date is calculated by taking into account the time for order preparation and shipping, to which is added the delivery time with La Poste (French Post Office).

Products are delivered to the delivery address that you stated to us during the ordering process.

Delivery is only applicable in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Products ordered are only delivered in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The stated delivery times on the website are given as a guide, are only valid for mainland France, and don’t take into account non-working days and bank holidays.

When an order contains several products, it is the longest stated delivery time which will have to be taken into account for the whole of the order. Unless otherwise stated, Tech Tablet will fulfil the order within a time frame of 2 days maximum starting from the time at which payment is received.

Should payment be made by cheque, the order will only be processed once the cheque has been received. As a consequence, the applicable times in this case will run starting from the day the cheque is received. In the event of order fulfilment failing to be on time, the Customer will be made aware of this. They will then be able to request to be refunded.

Unless they hear otherwise, the products will be delivered to them as soon as they are available. If your delivery is late, please make contact with Tech Tablet by email or telephone.

The risks of transportation will be at Tech Tablet’s cost starting from the date on which the ordered products will have left Tech Tablet’s offices. In order to limit the risks of online fraud, the Tech Tablet company reserves the right to cancel certain orders, in particular when the amount of such orders goes beyond 100€ inclusive of taxes or when such orders would raise to more than 500€ inclusive of taxes the amount for deliveries sent to a single household (same name and same address).

Article 7 – Product warranty
Our products are under warranty for 24 months. Before making a return, the customer will initially need to contact the after-sales service by email at the email address contact@zanae.fr.

Tech Tablet is required to deliver goods in compliance with the contract and respond to existing defects to products during delivery. Tech Tablet shall equally respond to defects to product conformity resulting from packaging.

Defects to products which appear within 24 months starting from the time goods are delivered shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proof indicates otherwise.

The customer shall benefit from a contractual warranty which shall not hinder the legal warranty against dispossession (article 1625 and following of the French Civil Code) nor the warranty on hidden defects on product sold. As long as the buyer can provide proof of the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all of the consequences (article 1641 and following of the French Civil Code); legal proceedings resulting from hidden defects must be brought within two years starting from the discovery of the defect (article 1648 of the French Civil Code). Specific information relating to the after-sales service or the contractual warranty are shown where appropriate on the product description.

Article 8 – Amicable settling of disputes

Pursuant to article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, ‘‘Any consumer has the right at no cost to resort to a consumers’ ombudsman with a view to amicable termination of a dispute which opposes them against a professional.” The disputes which this applies to are contractual in nature, which focus on the fulfilment of a sales or provision of services contract, which brings into conflict a consumer with a professional. Where difficulties arise, we would invite you to first contact our after-sales service. If your issue is no resolved, you can resort to the services of an ombudsman within one (1) year starting from the date your request is received by the after-sales service, with a view to seeking an out-of-court settlement of the dispute. Information gathered is subject to electronic processing intended for the processing of your orders and for telling you about our promotional offers and are in no circumstances handed over to third parties. The receipient of data is: Tech Tablet.

Personal data gathered during your subscription to the newsletter, the creation and posting of written comments (including photographs and videos) is used for the purposes of enabling Zanae.fr to identify the authors behind such comments.
